Your Account Manager has a home tab on it. Access it and go to the Domain Search section. Click “Transfer my domain instead” to go.

The second option is ready in case your Account Manager already has the domain in the form of an External Domain. Go to List View to use the Transfer In link alongside the external domain to begin the domain transfer process. Visit Card View and select the card for your external domain to transfer to your HostOnce account. Select the Transfer In button to get it done.

Marketplace

Select MARKETPLACE from the navigation menu on the left. This shows you a series of options. 

Option 1: Select the Transfer A Domain You Already Own link in the search bar. 

Option 2: Use the CLAIM OFFER button below the Domain Transfer In card.

Enter the domain name you wish to transfer in the section of Transfer your domain name. Choose the Submit button.

The system will run a check for eligibility; your domain will be added to the Cart if eligible. Choose the term length from the dropdown menu. Review your Order Summary and Cart. Use a Promo Code if present. Select CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.
