Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement governs participation in the Hostonce Affiliate Program. By applying to the Program, using an affiliate link or accepting a commission, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement together with the Hostonce Terms and Conditions and other policies referenced on the Hostonce website.

To join the Program, you must submit a complete application and be accepted by Hostonce. Hostonce may approve or reject an application at its discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this Agreement and have authority to act for any business you represent.

Participation is non-exclusive. Neither party is prevented from entering into similar arrangements with another person or business.

You must promote Hostonce accurately, lawfully and in good faith using your assigned affiliate links and approved promotional materials. You are responsible for every website, advertisement, email, social account and other channel used for your promotions.

You must clearly disclose that you are a Hostonce affiliate and may earn compensation from qualifying referrals whenever such disclosure is required by law or advertising rules.

Your promotions must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property and anti-spam requirements. You must promptly respond to reasonable Program-related requests from Hostonce and provide accurate information about your promotional activity when requested.

You are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of Hostonce, change Hostonce prices or terms, provide warranties, collect customer payments or represent that you are an employee, agent or legal representative of Hostonce. Customer support remains the responsibility of Hostonce unless otherwise agreed in writing.

An Affiliate must not engage in any practice that is misleading, abusive, fraudulent or likely to damage Hostonce, its customers or its reputation. Prohibited activity includes:

A qualified referral is a genuine new customer who reaches Hostonce through the Affiliate's properly tracked link, supplies valid information and completes payment for an eligible Hostonce Service.

The referred account must remain active and in good standing for more than 30 days, must not exceed applicable Service limits and must not be identified as fraudulent or high risk. Refunded, canceled, disputed, charged-back, duplicate or otherwise invalid transactions do not qualify for commission.

Hostonce records determine referral attribution and commission eligibility unless a clear technical or accounting error is demonstrated.

Affiliate referrals are tracked through links, cookies and related technical records. The standard affiliate tracking cookie is stored for up to 90 days.

Tracking may fail if a visitor deletes or blocks cookies, changes browser or device, uses privacy software, or completes a purchase without the Affiliate's tracked link. Hostonce is not responsible for a commission that cannot be attributed because tracking information is unavailable or has been altered.

The standard commission is a one-time payment equal to 60% of the eligible sale amount for a qualified referral, unless Hostonce confirms a different rate or promotion in writing. For example, an eligible sale amount of $100 produces a $60 commission.

Commission rates, eligible Services and promotional offers may change. Any special rate or condition applies only for the period and transactions specified by Hostonce.

If a referred customer receives a refund, cancels, disputes a payment or creates a chargeback, the related commission may be rejected, reversed or deducted from a current or future balance.

The Affiliate is responsible for reporting and paying any tax, duty or similar charge arising from commissions received.

Commission statements will be made available or sent to the Affiliate's registered email address. Approved payouts are normally processed each month between the 10th and 15th day.

The minimum withdrawal balance is $100. If the amount payable exceeds $5,000, Hostonce may pay up to 40% of that balance in the current month and carry the remainder into subsequent monthly payouts.

The Affiliate must provide accurate payment and tax information. Hostonce is not responsible for delay or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect payout details, payment-provider restrictions or compliance checks outside Hostonce's reasonable control.

Hostonce grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use approved Hostonce links, banners, logos and other Program materials solely to promote Hostonce under this Agreement.

Hostonce retains all ownership of its names, trademarks, website content, designs and Program materials. The Affiliate may not alter them, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, sublicense them or use them for any unrelated purpose without written permission.

Hostonce may require any advertisement or promotional method to be changed or removed. The Affiliate must comply promptly. All permission to use Hostonce materials ends when participation in the Program ends.

Hostonce may suspend an Affiliate account while it investigates suspected fraud, prohibited promotion, abuse or another violation. Hostonce may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving 14 days' written notice, and may terminate immediately for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or risk to customers or Hostonce.

The Affiliate may leave the Program by notifying Hostonce and stopping all use of affiliate links and materials.

On termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop representing itself as a Hostonce affiliate and remove all Program links and materials. Valid unpaid commissions earned before termination may be paid if they satisfy the minimum payout threshold and all Program requirements. Invalid or prohibited referrals and commissions associated with a breach may be forfeited or reversed.

For three months after termination, the Affiliate must not directly solicit Hostonce customers obtained through the Program for the purpose of diverting them to a competing service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Each party must protect non-public business, technical, financial and customer information received through the Program and use it only to perform this Agreement. Confidential information does not include information that was already lawfully known, becomes public without breach, is received lawfully from another source or is independently developed without use of the other party's information.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, provided advance notice is given when legally permitted. On request or termination, confidential material must be returned or securely destroyed, subject to lawful retention obligations.

These confidentiality obligations continue for five years after termination. A party may seek appropriate injunctive or other relief for unauthorized use or disclosure.

The Program and its tracking systems are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Hostonce does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, any level of traffic, conversion, commission or income.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostonce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from the Program. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Affiliate will defend, indemnify and hold Hostonce harmless from claims, losses, penalties and reasonable costs arising from the Affiliate's promotions, content, breach of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights or violation of law.

The Affiliate is an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency or authority to bind Hostonce.

This Agreement is governed by the law and jurisdiction stated in the Hostonce Terms and Conditions unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Hostonce may update this Agreement by publishing the revised version or notifying Affiliates through the registered email address or Program account. Continued participation after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The Agreement binds permitted successors and assigns and does not give rights to third parties.
