Hostonce Registration Agreement

This Registration Agreement governs the registration, renewal, management, transfer and use of domain names ordered through Hostonce. It forms part of the Hostonce Terms and Conditions and applies together with the rules of the relevant registry, registrar partner and ICANN where applicable.

Hostonce provides domain registration services through applicable registry and registrar partners. A domain registration gives the Registrant a time-limited contractual right to use the domain; it does not create permanent ownership of the name.

Registry, registrar and top-level-domain rules are incorporated into this Agreement. If a mandatory registry or ICANN rule conflicts with this Agreement, the mandatory rule controls for the affected domain.

The Registrant must provide complete, accurate and current identity and contact information, including name, address, email address and telephone number, and must update it promptly whenever it changes.

The Registrant must respond to verification requests and ensure that all persons listed as domain contacts are authorized. The Registrant is responsible for activity performed through the domain and for keeping account credentials, authorization codes and contact email accounts secure.

A domain must be registered and used in compliance with applicable law, ICANN policies, registry rules and Hostonce policies.

A domain order is not complete until payment has been accepted and the registration has been successfully processed and activated by the relevant registry. A search result, invoice or pending order does not guarantee that the requested domain is available.

A registry may reject, reserve, reclassify or price a domain as premium, and may take action under its own rules. Hostonce is not responsible for a registry or registrar partner's error, delay, rejection or action that is outside Hostonce's reasonable control.

Each registration is granted for a fixed term and remains active only until its recorded expiration date unless it is renewed.

The Registrant is responsible for renewing the domain before expiration and for keeping sufficient funds and a valid payment method available. A renewal is complete only after Hostonce confirms successful processing.

Hostonce will normally begin sending renewal reminders approximately 30 days before expiration to the registered contact address. Failure to receive a reminder does not remove the Registrant's responsibility to renew.

If no renewal confirmation is received within 48 hours of the expected renewal, the Registrant should check the domain status in the Client Area and contact Hostonce promptly.

Domains may be enrolled in automatic renewal. Hostonce may charge the current renewal fee shortly before expiration using the payment method on file. Automatic renewal can be disabled in the Client Area and should be disabled at least one calendar day before the scheduled renewal charge.

Unless the applicable registry uses a different lifecycle, an expired domain may have a 30-day renewal grace period. DNS service may be interrupted during this period, which can make the related website and email unavailable.

If the domain is not renewed during the grace period, it may enter a 30-day Redemption Grace Period. Restoration during redemption requires payment of the standard renewal fee plus a $100 restoration fee, unless a different registry-specific fee is displayed.

After redemption, the domain may enter PendingDelete status for approximately 5 days. A domain in PendingDelete generally cannot be restored and may then be released for registration by the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lifecycle periods are not guaranteed and may vary by TLD, registry action, auction process or applicable rule. The Registrant should renew before expiration rather than rely on a grace or redemption period.

Registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, premium-domain and other charges are shown in the order process or Client Area. Current pricing and registry classification apply when the transaction is processed.

Domain fees are non-refundable once a registration, renewal, transfer or restoration has been submitted or completed, except where the Hostonce Cancellation and Refund Policy or mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.

The Registrant is responsible for applicable taxes, payment-provider charges and any amount required to correct an underpayment or failed transaction.

A transfer from another registrar is subject to the applicable transfer policy, registry requirements, domain status, authorization code and contact verification. A transfer request does not guarantee completion.

By requesting a transfer, the Registrant accepts this Agreement and all applicable Hostonce, registry and ICANN policies. The Registrant must keep the domain active and transferable until the process is completed.

The Registrant may request transfer to another accredited registrar where the domain is eligible. The request remains subject to applicable transfer locks, payment status, identity checks, TLD rules and ICANN Transfer Policy.

The Registrant remains bound by this Agreement until the transfer is completed. Hostonce may deny or delay a transfer only where permitted or required by applicable policy, law, a dispute order or a valid security measure.

The Registrant agrees to applicable registry dispute policies, including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Uniform Rapid Suspension System where relevant.

Hostonce may apply a ClientTransferProhibited status or other required lock when a domain is subject to a UDRP or URS proceeding, court action, compliance inquiry, internal security investigation, a valid Registrant request or another circumstance where a lock is permitted by policy or law.

Hostonce may implement a binding registry, court or approved dispute-provider decision. The Registrant releases Hostonce from claims arising solely from good-faith compliance with such a binding requirement.

Hostonce may suspend, cancel, place on hold or transfer a domain where required by law, registry or ICANN policy, a valid dispute decision or court order; where registration data is inaccurate or unverified; where payment is reversed or unpaid; or where the domain is used in material breach of this Agreement.

Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where needed to address phishing, malware, fraud, child sexual abuse material, botnet activity, a serious security threat or another immediate risk. Where practicable, Hostonce will give notice and an opportunity to correct a less urgent issue.

A cancelled or deleted domain may become available to another person. Hostonce is not responsible for loss of a domain caused by the Registrant's failure to renew, verify information, respond to notices or comply with applicable requirements.

A domain or related Service must not be used for malware, botnets, phishing, piracy, spam, fraud, counterfeiting, deceptive activity, infringement of intellectual-property rights or any unlawful purpose. A violation may result in restriction, suspension or termination without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Hostonce may send expiration, verification, transfer, abuse and other domain notices to the contact information in the account or registration record. Notices are treated as delivered when sent to the recorded address. The Registrant must maintain a working email address and review domain status regularly.

Domain availability, registry processing, renewal and transfer depend partly on third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostonce is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by registry action, expiration, deletion, failed renewal, transfer delay or unauthorized access that was not caused by Hostonce's willful misconduct.

By registering, transferring, renewing or managing a domain through Hostonce, the Registrant confirms acceptance of this Agreement and the applicable registry and ICANN policies. Hostonce may update this Agreement to reflect legal, registry, security or operational changes, with material changes communicated where reasonably practicable.
